A special breakfast that you will find in La Darbia, a pleasure to savor in total relaxation and a way to start the day with energy and sweetness.

No more takeaway coffee on the hoof or (worse) hurried start to the day on an empty stomach: on holiday you have to wind down and treat yourself well, indulge in some moments of pure pleasure all for yourself!

To achieve this a delicious breakfast awaits all guests of La Darbia, a tasty pleasure to be eaten lazily on the terrace or in the garden, to share with the family or to enjoy in the quiet of the morning, enjoying the view of the sun rising behind Monte Rosa.

We will take care of all the necessary ingredients, your favourites along with other typical products of our territory: delicious, healthy and wholesome food, all fresh and zero Km.

Thus, you can open your eyes gladdened by the light of a new day and intoxicated by the intense smell of freshly brewed coffee. You can savour the taste of fresh milk produced by hand in the farm, dip a spoon in thick and creamy yoghurt, bite into a freshly baked croissant. And then taste juicy fresh seasonal fruit, spread on the fragrant bread mountain butter and organic jam.
Savoury flavours will also be on the table: "La Darbia" aged cured cheese, Parma ham and Italian salami, Piedmontese toma and eggs to cook as you prefer, in your own way...

To satisfy your tastes we have entrusted ourselves to some of the best producers of Lake Orta, artisanal companies that, following a natural philosophy, dedicate themselves with passion to the appreciation of the fruits of the earth.

The sweet focaccia typical of Lake Orta is made daily by the bakery Sappa di Armeno, according to an ancient recipe that pays homage to the Italian confectionery tradition. Even the prized coffee "Moka Stresa" comes directly from a local roasting, ready to be prepared with the traditional Bialetti coffee maker, the undisputed symbol of all things Italian. You will also find the dairy products of the farm "L'agrifoglio" which practices the breeding of cattle for the production of high quality dairy products.

Whilst it is true that every country has its own breakfast habits, nutritionists still recommend a rich and substantial meal, pleasing to the palate and useful to strengthen our mood, to face the day the right way ... even on holiday. Therefore, while the sun makes the surface of our beautiful Lake Orta sparkle with its light, enjoy the pleasures of a breakfast with a view!
