The “Chef's Table experience” is a bit like going to the theatre: the modern, open kitchen becomes the stage for an engaging choreography of attentive gazes and skillful movements. A direct, spontaneous take, with dialogue and interaction between the team and the guests of the Chef's table, which is located right in front of the open kitchen. You will witness the beautiful moments, as well as the stressful ones of the service: absolute transparency!

YOU CAN IMMERSE YOURSELF IN THE CONCENTRATED WORK OF THE TEAM ON DUTY AND OBSERVE THE CREATION OF EACH DISH “LIVE”. BECOME MATTEO'S EXCLUSIVE AUDIENCE AND HE WILL MAKE YOU PARTICIPATE IN EVERY STEP OF THE COMPOSITION OF THE DISHES THAT WILL BE SERVED. THE PLATING WILL TAKE PLACE RIGHT BEFORE YOUR EYES AND YOU WILL TASTE A WIDE VARIETY OF MENU ITEMS, ALBEIT IN SMALL PORTIONS.
